- Each pair receives a hangtag with a serial number , which is attached to the outside of the product. Additionally, an NFC tag is attached below the insole of each shoe to verify that it is a product from our online store . This serves solely for internal identification of the products we sell.
- Important note : If the NFC tag underneath the insole is missing or has been removed, we assume that the product may be a third-party product . In this case, we can no longer recognize the item as an original product from our store and therefore cannot accept a return .
