Would you like to exchange a product?

We are happy to help you!

In principle, it works the same as when sending back a return (see below). The only difference is that you then simply order your new desired item. Processing your return can take up to seven days - however, we endeavor to process all returns as quickly as possible and therefore ask for a little patience. As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will inform you by email.

Would you like to send something back to us?

Nothing is easier than that!

The following step-by-step instructions will tell you what to do to return your items to us. Please only return unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please do not remove any labels, NFC tags (under the insole), holograms, or authenticity seals (green hangtags with serial number/verification number), as this will irrevocably void your right to return. We do not offer any goodwill in this case.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will, of course, refund your purchase price.

1. Return label

For returns, please select a shipping service provider of your choice (e.g. DHL, Hermes, DPD, etc.) and follow the respective steps to create a return label.

2. Fill out the cancellation policy

You can declare your cancellation either by completing the sample cancellation form from the cancellation policy and enclosing it in your return package, or alternatively, you can notify us of your cancellation by email. Please note that this is a sample form and no digital form is available. Follow the instructions in the cancellation policy.

3. Pack the return

Please pack the items as you received them and seal your package properly.

4. Handover to DHL

As a final step, you can conveniently drop off your package at a DHL branch or Packstation near you.

Important: Please keep the return receipt until we have confirmed your return. This is proof of your return and also contains the tracking number.

Individual product customizations:

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that products which have been individually designed by you cannot be returned.

This applies to refined products such as individual prints on your shoe or the conversion of FG to SG outsoles. The corresponding items cannot be exchanged or returned.
