Find your Size
This item has not been measured by us. The measurements provided were provided by the manufacturers. These are general measurements for all shoes of the respective brand and are not tailored to this item. You can therefore only use these measurements as a guide.
How do I find my right size?
For best results, you will need a sheet of paper, tape to attach it, a pencil, a pair of socks to wear inside your shoes and a ruler. Then follow the instructions below.
STEP 1
Place a white sheet of paper against a wall on a hard surface. Place your foot so that your heel is flush with the edge of the paper.
STEP 2
Mark the length of your foot at the longest point with a pencil. Measure both feet, as some may be different sizes.
STEP 3
Then measure the difference from the edge of the paper to the points where you measured your feet and note the longer distance.
STEP 4
The most precise values are those that we have measured ourselves. This looks like this in our size guide:
Children's sizes
For soccer shoes for fast-growing children, we do not recommend adding up to 1.5 cm to the length of the foot, as you would with normal shoes. Instead, we recommend adding a maximum of 0.5 to 1 cm, as the shoes usually have to fit right away when playing soccer.

Your questions, our answers
Which outsole should I choose?
Depending on the terrain conditions, it is important to have the right footwear.
What is an FG [Firm Ground] outsole?
- An FG [Firm Ground] outsole is specifically designed for use on firm, natural surfaces. This type of outsole is often used on football boots worn on grass pitches. The stud configuration and materials are designed to provide optimal grip and stability on dry, firm surfaces.
What is an SG [Soft Ground] outsole?
- An SG [Soft Ground] outsole is specifically designed for soft, wet and muddy ground. This outsole is characterized by its long, often replaceable studs that penetrate deep into the ground to ensure maximum grip and stability.
What is an AG [Artificial Ground] outsole?
- An AG [Artificial Ground] outsole is specifically designed for use on artificial turf pitches. This type of outsole features a multitude of shorter and more densely arranged studs that are specifically designed to evenly distribute the load and provide optimal grip on artificial surfaces.
What are the shoe sizes?
Choosing the right size for football boots
- The shoe sizes correspond to the usual standard sizes, but can vary slightly depending on the brand. For adidas and Puma football boots, you can choose your usual size. Nike football boots are slightly different due to their narrow cut; here, it is recommended to choose half to one size larger. You can find a size chart for orientation under "Find your size" for each product.
