The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden .
Shipping (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value):
For orders over 150.00 € we offer free shipping.
Deliveries abroad :
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
Austria: 9,95 €
France: 12,95 €
Switzerland: 14,95 €
Delivery times
For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, the design work is carried out and the goods are delivered within 7 Working days after approval of the proof copy (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-5 working days, and for international deliveries within 6-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
